At HDPhotoHub, we hired a law firm specializing in the rights of real estate media businesses to develop our terms of service. These terms ensure that our customers only grant us rights to their media and data for use specifically related to the HDPhotoHub platform.
We don’t force our customers to grant us blanket use rights to their media. We don’t take ownership of the data you add, either. While this decision may make HDPhotoHub less appealing to potential investors, we are perfectly fine with that because we are not for sale.

We do not own a real estate media business because doing so would create a conflict of interest. Any platform that also operates a media business could use the data you upload to its system to gain a competitive advantage in pricing or availability.
HDPhotoHub doesn’t market directly to real estate agents. We only allow real estate agents to access the platform through a photography business working with us. Marketing directly to real estate agents would mean competing with our own clients, which doesn’t align with our mission of helping real estate media businesses grow.
